If you’ve completed a payment successfully but are facing issues downloading your asset, please do the following:

  1. Send an email to support@layyer.in

  2. Use a clear subject line (for example: “Download Issue After Payment”)

  3. Attach your transaction receipt or payment confirmation

  4. Mention:

    • The email used during purchase

    • The product name or pack you purchased

    • A brief description of the issue you’re facing

This helps us verify your purchase quickly and resolve the issue faster.

Common Reasons for Download Issues

  • Network interruption during download

  • Page refresh or session timeout after payment

  • Download link expired or not loading

  • Accessing the link from a different device or browser
