All products sold on Layyer are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

By using Layyer, you confirm that:

4. Digital Products & Delivery

  • You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your purchased files.

Layyer is not responsible for lost files after successful delivery.

5. License & Usage Rights

  • Assets may be used for:

    • Client work

    • Websites, apps, presentations, and marketing materials

You may not:

  • Share the asset packs publicly or privately as downloadable resources

  • Claim the asset packs as your own original work

  • Use the asset packs to create competing marketplaces or asset libraries

Ownership of the original asset packs remains with Layyer or the respective creators.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed on the Website and may change at any time.

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

  • Layyer does not store your payment card or banking details.

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable taxes.

7. Refund Policy

Because Layyer sells digital products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds will not be provided once:

  • A product has been successfully downloaded

  • Access to the product has been granted

Exceptions may be made at Layyer’s sole discretion in cases such as:
